So viel vorweg: Es ist eine Reflexion des Jahres 2020 und eine Zielsetzung für das Jahr 2021 zum Ausfüllen allein oder mit mehreren, die wunderbarerweise von den Machern kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Danke, Nora! Danke, YearCompass und Invisible University International!
Besonders spannend finde ich als Zukunfts-Mensch natürlich die 2. Hälfte, in der es um 2021 geht. Gleichzeitig sind die Fragen zur Reflexion des Jahres 2020 so gut gestellt, dass selbst ich zugeben muss, dass sich dieser Rückblick lohnt. Irgendwie ist es ja auch so, dass der Blick zurück, sofern er lösungsorientiert ist, genau so zu einer positiven Zukunft beitragen kann wie der Blick nach vorn. Und zwar dann, wenn wir die Vergangenheit nutzen, um
- daraus zu lernen, statt zu jammern, sowie
- auf unsere Erfolge schauen und stolz auf uns sind.
Vielleicht also heute statt Feuerwerk und Böller Reflexion und Vision. Klingt auch viel besser, finde ich. Und stiller. Das hat doch was.
Ich wünsche Dir ein wundervolles 2021. Mögest Du all das finden, was Du brauchst, um Dich noch kompletter zu fühlen.

As a „future person“, I find the second half, which is about 2021, particularly exciting. At the same time, the questions about the reflection on 2020 are so well asked that even I have to admit that it is worth looking back. Somehow it is also the case that looking back, provided it is solution-oriented, can contribute to a positive future just as much as looking forward. And when we use the past to
- learn from it instead of complaining, as well as
- to look at our achievements and be proud of ourselves.
So maybe today instead of fireworks and firecrackers, share some reflection and vision. Sounds a lot better too, I think. And quieter. I like it.
